在社群發文觸紅線！23歲女大生「褻瀆先知」被判死…600人下場跟她一樣

伊朗年初爆發大規模示威風潮，當局打壓抗議，有數以千計示威者慘遭殺害，超過5萬人被捕；其中一名23歲主修會計女學生雅米尼（Najmeh Amini）被捕入獄，她遭控「褻瀆先知」，被判死刑，但實際內容並不清楚；人權組織表示，伊朗濫用死刑箝制異己，今年已有超過600起類似死刑判例，若各國視而不見，類似死刑恐成常態。

據英國《衛報》報導，23歲主修會計女學生雅米尼被伊朗警察拘捕入獄，關押在伊朗東北部馬什哈德的監獄，她遭控「褻瀆先知」，被判死刑，但外界並不清楚實際貼文內容。

除因「褻瀆先知」被判死刑，雅米尼還被控違反國家安全等罪名，另外加判12年徒刑。

相關案件，源於今年1月伊朗青年掀起大規模示威風潮，抗議國內貪腐、經濟不景氣，遭當局打壓；總部設於美國的「伊朗人權活動家」初估，有數以千計示威者慘遭殺害，超過5萬人被捕，雅米尼就是其中之一。

雅米尼流出的錄音檔提及，「希望她的聲音被聽見，她是滿懷理想與希望的無辜女孩，有雙親等她回家。」更呼籲國際社會干預，盼聯合國和人權團體協助她翻案。

在挪威的「伊朗人權組織」除表示，伊朗濫用死刑箝制異己，今年已有超過600起類似死刑判例，若各國視而不見，類似死刑恐成常態。

據伊斯蘭律法，「褻瀆先知」為重罪，最重可判死刑，如犯罪者是在藥物影響下或無意間失言，則有機會免死；但仍可能遭判74下鞭刑。
